Monthly Design Retainer

For businesses that need steady creative output, a monthly retainer provides consistent design support without the overhead of hiring in-house. This plan secures a dedicated block of time each month for your design needs from marketing graphics to social content, all delivered with strategy and polish.
Deliverables Include:
Priority scheduling for your requests each month
A set number of custom designs (based on selected plan)
Up to 2 revision rounds per deliverable
3–5 business day turnaround on requests
Kickoff alignment to map out your brand needs
Discounted rates on extra work beyond your plan
Examples of Eligible Designs
Flyers, social media graphics, banners, newsletters, certificates, postcards, digital ads, mockups, package inserts, hang tags, labels, and t-shirt designs.
Exclusions
Logo design, full brand suites, and website builds.
How It Works

Turnaround: 3–5 business days per request
5 Designs / Month → $400/month
Upfront: $800 (covers 2 months), then $400/month starting Month 3
10 Designs / Month → $750/month
Upfront: $1,500, then $750/month
15 Designs / Month → $1,050/month
Upfront: $2,100, then $1,050/month
(Minimum 2-month commitment, then renews month-to-month with flexible cancellation.)

Submission/Cutoff Time
Business Hours: Our team operates from Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 6 pm EST. Orders placed after 6 pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
Order Completion: After you place your order, it will be completed within the specified turnaround time you’ve selected. It’s important to note that your project’s clock will start ticking once we receive ALL project details, including business information, text, links, and any necessary imagery, along with the required payment. The turnaround time countdown will commence only when we have all the necessary materials.
Expedited Services (Same Day + Next Day)
Same Day and Next Day turnaround options are available for an additional fee. Please note the following deadlines and requirements:

Same Day Service: Orders must be submitted and paid in full by 11:00 AM EST. Your files must be finalized and ready for production. Completed files will be delivered by end of business that same day.

Next Day Service: Orders must be submitted and paid in full by 2:00 PM EST. Files must be finalized and ready for production. Your project will be completed by the end of the following business day.
Next Business Day is a premium service that prioritizes your project ahead of others. This fee reflects the time and schedule adjustment required for last-minute requests. Please plan accordingly, turnaround is typically 3–5 business days, depending on service.
IMPORTANT: Files and payment must be received before production can begin. Orders placed after the cutoff times may be subject to additional rush fees or delayed to the next applicable turnaround window.
Refund Policy
Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, custom design work tailored to each client. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all design fees, photography, and artwork are non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of satisfaction.
Clients may request a cancellation or refund prior to the start of the project. However, after 2 calendar days from the time of deposit, refunds are no longer available. In most cases, a design credit may be issued to your account at our discretion.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Restart Fee(s)
We understand that life happens and you may need to pause work on your project and that’s fine if you notify us in advance.
If your project goes 30 days without communication or progress, a restart fee of up to $350 will apply before work resumes. If the project remains inactive for 45 days, the contract will be closed and no refunds will be issued.
Timely feedback is crucial to keep your project on track. If you don’t respond to a pause notice within three (3) business days, work will be temporarily stopped until the restart fee is paid. This fee may apply each time a project is inactive for 30 days.
